Introduction
Darbond 1206 Combined particle wear resistant coating is two component epoxy adhesive. It is composed of many kinds of wear resistant ceramic microspheres and super-hard crystals. It has wide application, good operating property, applicable to vertical surface. Cured coating has strong adhesion and excellent properties of wear and impact resistance.

particle size below 25mm) , such as elbow, slurry pump, hydrocyclone, centrifuge impeller and shell
of coal dressing and separation system.

Typical Applications
Used to repair and pre-protect equipments suffered by abrasion wear by particles of 25mm and below, such as elbow, slurry pump, cyclone separator, centrifuge impeller and shell in washing and separating system in coal washing and mineral processing. Also can be used in material collecting and conveying system in power plant, cement plant and port etc..
