is a kind of low-viscosity,
one-component
potting silicone sealant, which can be cured in room temperature. It has good features of

thermal cycle resistance, high and low temperature resistance, being elastic and stable and soft at -60~200°C, UV resistance, aging resistance, moisture-proof, electrical insulation, anti-seismic, corona-resistance, leakage-resistance. It is liquid deketoxime type,
one component room-temperature-cured
silicone rubber. It is not applicable in bonding and potting of copper and PC. It follows the ROHS order of European Union.

sing Technology
(1). Clean surface: clean and dry the surface before coating to remove dust, oil and son
(2). Coating: open the cover, and press the material to the clean surface.
(3). Curing: Let the glued and sealed equipment cure in the air. Curing is from the surface to the internal process. The depth of curing will be 2-4mm at room temperature, relative moisture 55% within 24 hours. If the curing area is deeper without air, the complete curing time will be longer. If the lower the temperature, the longer the curing time. Make sure the material completely cured before going on next step. It takes more than 7days to cure if the curing depth is 6mm.
Note: Please choose Evopute two component series if the potting depth is more than 5mm.

Storage and transportation
(1). The material should be stored in cool and dry area below 35°C, and Shelf life will be 9 months below 25°C.
(2). The material is non-dangerous goods, and it can be shipped like common goods.
(3). If the material is out of shelf life, make sure if it is suitable for your products first before use.
