1. Characteristics:
One component, RTV-1, Neutral Curing at room temperature anti-fungus silicone sealant;
Excellent weatherproofing performance, Excellent anti-ultraviolet proper;
No need to prime coating, excellent joint to most building material;
Neutral curing, no corrosive to metal, coated glass, concrete, ceramics, marble etc;
Excellent compatibility with other neutral silicone sealant

2. Main Purpose:
Antimidew sealing in kitchenware, sanitary ware and aseptic room;
Seal and joint with various glass windows and doors;
other general joint and seal.

4. Application Standard:JC/T885-2001

5. Restriction of Usage:
l Cannot be used as structural sealant;
l Not compatible with materials with grease or exudation;
l Unsuitable for the airproof location, because it is required to absorb moisture in air to cure;
l Unsuitable for the frosty or moist surface;
l Cannot be used on the substrate surface under 6°C or above 40°C

6. Construction Method:
l Please do adhesion test or compatibility test to assure the applicability of product;
l Please clean the joint with solvent such as toluene, xylene and acetone, then keep it dry;
l Tape is used to cover the deges of the joint to make silicone sealant sealed perfectly, but it cannot contact the sealed surface;
l Cut the nozzle at the desired size. Keep good contact between the silicone sealant and joint, and remove the tape before the sealant is cured;
l Please keep ventilate for the construction site.

7. Safety
l Silicone sealant will release volatile compound so that it could be harmful to health, therefore, please keep good and ventilate;
l Silicone sealant will not release any harmful substance and anything harmful to health after cured;
l Keep uncured silicone sealant beyond children’s reach. If getting into eyes, wash off with running water and consult a doctor;
