• New Huijia 2000 neutral
silicon
weathering plastic is the single component, neutral, room temperature curing, with good adhesion performance to many base material. Is a green building materials;
• Has excellent resistance to weather, in the range of -50 °C -100 °C with little change in performance;
• Has good compatibility to the silicone sealant and weather sealant of neutral series of our company;
• Available in black, white, gray and other colors, the color of user requirements can also provide.


2. Main application
• Aluminum building materials.
• Glass, aluminum, marble, curtain wall seal of non-structural assembly in adhesive seal and a variety of uses.


3. Construction Summary
• The base material surface used with weathering plastic must be clean, dry and free of dust, oil, water exists.
• The base material surface with a clean white cotton lint which does not go lint and scouring with toluene and acetone solvent to clean and make dry, and plastic injection within an hour.
• Make sure that the injection adhesive joints without gaps filled, and to be modification before cure. Suggest that the ratio of the width and thickness of the weathering plastic is 2:1, the base material outside above 40 °C or the weathering plastic with the width of 15mm or more please use caution.
•Before used must be done the base material adhesion and compatibility tests, and user satisfaction tests.
• Base material base material temperature below 4 °C or higher than 40 °C is unable to construction.




4. Application restrictions
• Can not be used for structural silicon sealant, and unsuitable to be used to the surface which may be leaking oil, plasticizer and solvent, long-time flooding or continuous moisture place.

Storage temperature should be stored at 5-27 °C, relative humidity less than 50% environment, from the date of production, storage of 9 months.
