Product Description

It is two parts room temperature neutral cure silicone sealant. It has high performance specifications making it suitable for secondary seal insulating glazing.

Features
When use correctly, manufactured dual sealed insulating glass units meet EN1279,BS5713, DIN1288 requirements.
Outstanding adhesion to a wide range of substrates including coated and reflective glass, aluminum and steel spacers and a variety of plastics.
Excellent temperature stability -50°C to +150°C.
High level of mechanical properties, high modulus.
Fast curing time.
Outstanding resistant to ozone and ultra-violet (UV) radiation.
Stable viscosity for A & B components, no heating required.

Mixing
To obtain ultimate physical properties, should be thoroughly mixed using and airless mixing system. The mix ratio is 10:1 by volume, 13:1 by weight (at 50% RH at 25°C).

Shelf Life
When store in closed, airtight containers at or below 27 °C, GNS S5200 Two Parts Insulating Glass Silicone Sealant has a usable life of 12 months from date of manufacture.
