CD-200E is a sort of cohesion, mainly consisting of modified PVA. It belongs to the types of easy fluid. It performs well in sizing the warps with high counter and density, especially apt to staple yarn blended with cotton and polyester. The sizing material also gives rise to the quality of warped yarn, improving the weaving efficiency in looms running at high speed.

Characteristic
l CD-200E is nicely cohesive glue in solution, most suitably to size the cotton or blended yarn.
l CD-200E is prehensile to any sizing materials such as modified starch, acrylates in aquatic state, their slurry is readily fluid, and penetratable to the warp structure with fine count and high setting.
l CD-200E reduces the resistance of splitting after dryer, remaining good layer of sizing film along the yarn body with the least hairiness.
l CD-200E could be easily removed prior to dying and finishing at amiable condition.
Application
l It should be dispersed into the cooking tank, accompanying with other sizes. After blending about 30 minutes at room temperature, the operator may heat the slurry to boiling state until all material totally dissolved in paste.
Package and Storage
l Net weight is 25 kilos per bag whose envelope is made of multilayer paper coated with polyethylene. Storage in a condition of low temperature and water-proofed is preferred.
