Product information
OPT5599BT is a kind of semi-transparent paste, one-component silicone sealant which can be cured in room temperature. Adhesive to different material without bottom coating, it mixes with Moisture and becomes a kind of elastic silicone rubber. It has good features of non-corrosion to most metal, thermal cycle resistance, aging resistance, electrical insulation, anti-seismic, corona-resistance, leakage-resistance and chemical resistance.
This product is especially applicable in improving Adhesive between plastic products and metal, glass, plastic, wood board, aluminum panel, circuit board and cardboard without any handling for the cured silicone rubber. It is capable of operating in -50~250°C condition for 1h and can be cured within 24h mixed with moisture, which totally abbeys the ROHS order of European Union.

3. Electrical insulation and fixation of electronic fittings
4. Sealing for washers of car headlamp
5. Adhesive and sealing of some other metal and plastic
6. Adhesion and sealing of fridge, microwave oven, breadboard electronic element, solar energy equipment and machines
Using method
1. Clean surface: clean and dry and degrease the surface before coating.
2. Coating: open the cover then press the adhesive to the clean surface.
3. Curing: put the equipment in the open air until it is cured form outside to inside. The adhesive will cure for 2~4mm within 24h in room temperature. It is suggested that it should be spontaneous curing in outdoor for enough long time to ensure the effect. Low temperature requires more time. Sealing adhesive with thickness of 6mm needs more than 7 day to be completely cured.
Note
Cover the bottle after operation as soon as possible. Clean the bottle mouth if there is some coating. It will do no harm to the product.
