Performance
1 RACO 10000 weatherproof acrylic sealant is high elastic, compounded by one-component nanometer material through BASF technology and added by special auxiliary agent. It is environmental friendly, containing no solbent or harmful substances.
2.The anti-mildew effect lasts for more than 2 years.
3 It takes sealing function to cement, metal, wood, stone, reinforced plastic and aluminum alloy doors and windows to bond with glass or walls. Paint may be applied after curing.

Applications
The product is widely used in the sealing of aluminum alloy doors and windows, reinforced plastic doors and windows, wooden doors and windows, stuffing of stones and concrete, as well as the sealing of kitchen tiles, sanitary wares and basins.

Restrictions
Do not apply the sealant for assembling or bonding structural parts, or on damp surfaces, or on parts that are long time submerged in water.

Instructions
1. The surface of base material must be dry and clean, and free of dust, putty or grease. Apply a primer if necessary.
2 Cut the nozzle to desired bead size, make sure the nozzle is filled up with sealant and use the caulking gun to apply sealant carefully. ensure the close touch between sealant and the surface of base material
3 Trim after applying. If the thickness exceeds 8mm and width exceeds 20mm,apply for the second time.
4 Skinning time:30-60 minutes above 25°C.
curing time: 40-50 hours(depending on the weather condition)

Caution
1 Use above 0°C only
2 After applying, avoid water or rain before curing
3 It can’t be applied to places which is immersed in water for long time
4 The sealant is milk white before completely curing, and will go transparent when it is solidified.
