Modified corn starch for plaster board

specifical used in plaster board production
Gypsum plasterboard dedicated starch adhesive is modified starch that is produced by oxidizing of corn starch and includes chemical additives in quantity 4 - 6%

Description of material and its properties:

Modification and base: oxidized corn starch
Appearance of raw material: powder of white color with brown inclusions.
Suspension: terrific in water before 25
o
C
Dissolving: soluble after heating of water suspension, pH 10% (m|m) dissolved in distilled water 5.0-7.0

Binding ability: very good
Ashes: 0.5%
Viscosity: 12-18
Packing: 25 kg(±1kg)/bag
Storage: long in dry and cool place
Usage in plasterboards: low viscosity under high temperature provides almost full migration of starch through solution and terrific attachment of paper to gypsum.
