Hot melt adhesive, applied for automatic and manual edge-banding machine. With good flow ability and heat-stability, excellent adhesive strength , it can be used for edge-banding of films of PVC, paper, polyesterto particle board and fiber board

Application Instructions
There should be no dust or oil on the surface of the edge-banding materials( wood and film). Before application, the materials should be kept in room temperature and a relative humidity of 8%-12%. Trial run is necessary to determine whether the adhesive is suitable to the edge-banding materials, operation parameters and environment
Cleaning
The residual adhesive can be rubbed off before it is totally cooled. Cooled glue can be cleaned with solvent or speciallized detergent. Clean the hot melt tank with paraffin wax below 120 degree then pruge it with hot melt adhesive.
Packing and Storage:
Shelf Life: 24 months in dry and cool environment
Packing: 25 kgs/bag
