High Temperature Structural Adhesive/Epoxy 3421

Two component.
Good impact and peeling resistance.
High temperature resistance.
Introduction
Darbond 3421 is two component, room temperature curing epoxy adhesive. It’s made of temperature resistant modified epoxy resin which is specially reinforced and impact resistant. It has excellent properties of impact resistance, peeling resistance, mechanical, electric insulation properties and temperature resistance after cured. It is high temperature resistant and can work at 180°C continuously, intermittent temperature can reach 220°C.

Typical Properties
--Two component.
--Good impact and peeling resistance.
--High temperature resistance, long term working at 180°C, withstands 220°C intermittently.
--Used for bonding metal, ceramic etc. materials, such as NdFeB magnet.

Typical Applications
Applied to high tempearture conditions under 180°C and where high impact strength, peeling strength resistance are required. Suitable for bonding oneself and mutual of metal and ceramic etc, such as bonding of high overload motor NdFeB; bonding of temperature-, wear resistant ceramic tile in power plant, steel plant and cement plant.
