High Temperature Fine Particle Coating

Two component.Special epoxy system.
Designed for high temperature condition, max. resistant temp. can reach to 235 centigrades.
Introduction
Darbond 1301 is two component, room temperature curing epoxy composite material. It is composed of wear resistant ceramic microspheres and super-hard silicon steel alloy etc. This product has the following advantages:
(1)Good operating property, applicable to vertical surfaces, coating thickness can reach 6mm and above;
(2)Good high temperature resistant property. Max. working temperature range can reach to 235°C at dry working condition;
(3)For max. temperature resistant and protective properties, post cure is necessary;
(4)Cured coating has strong adhesion and excellent properties of wear and impact resistance.

- Designed to rebuild and protect normal abrasive worn and eroded equipments.
- Designed for rebuilding and
pre-protecting equipments
suffered by high loading fine particle abrasion or erosion in high temperature condition.

Typical Applications
Used for large area repairing and pre-protecting of equipments suffered by load abrasion and erosion wear, such as mortar pump, water pump, induced draft fan impeller and shell, pipeline, elbow, downspouting, slurry pump, hydrocyclone, centrifuge impeller and shell etc.. Suitable for washing and separating system of coal washing and mineral processing; material collecting and conveying system in power plant, cement plant and port etc..
