Product Introduction
Ausbond 120 high temperature tearable welding resist solder glue is composed of natural glue, which is a new type of product replacing traditional high temperature tape.It effectively avoid the inconvenience and detachment as well as the defects of preparation and cleaning work during pre-use and post-use.It can effectively help the user to improve the production efficient and product quality and provide reasonable and variable production work craft plan.
Product Features

1. The coating area pasted to circuit should be torn up with hand or tweezers lightly when it needs removing without residues.
2. The gold, copper and bronze won't be oxidized.
3. The parts won't take erosion.
4. It can avoid pollution in the process of assembling.
5. It can be brought down by microbiologic, which complies with requirement of environmental protection.
Product Application

It is widely applied to the products that need anti-welding, protection and hiding effectiveness temporally, such as wave peak welding and coating work craft.
1. Pasting on the circuit board that needs anti-welding in the process of wave peak welding; the surface of block circuit should be touched with coating.
2. It can be used for the welding of joint, golden finger, hole of screw, eye of hole and electronic parts.
3.The electronic products should protect sensitive components before conformal coating.


Process Used
1. Surface cleaning: clean the surface of the coated materials to remove rust, dust and grease.
2. Working: open the cover of bottle first and the top of cover should be cut for the use of pressing and coating or you can open the cover directly to use it by dipping the surface of product with brush.
3. Solidification: the coating is 2mm and can be dried within 2 hours at normal temperature or baked for 30 minutes at the temperature of 60 celsius degree.
Application features
1. This product should avoid surpassing 2 hours at the temperature of 94 celsius degree~120 celsius degree and avoid surpassing 1 hour at the temperature of120 celsius degree~149 celsius degree.
2. Don’t pour the glue liquid that has been poured out into the original package again, to avoid polluting the glue liquid.
3. Never kept in fridge or at high temperature; the light-proof container is suitable to use when keeping at the normal temperature.
4. Please store it in the place out reach of children.
5. This product contains slight smell that has little irritant for skin and eyes, in case of spattering into the eyes, please flush with lots of water immediately, and go to hospital if necessary; in case of contacting the skin, please flush with soap and lots of clean water.
