High conductivity silicone thermal grease with RoSH test report
Description
Excellent thermal conductivity depends on the heat transfer media between devices and a good interface. Silicone has low surface tension to wet most of the surface to reduce thermal contact resistance between the substrate and material resistance. SC1001 Thermal Grease belongs to a type of one-component silicon-based material. It is non-toxic, tasteless, non-corrosive, Wetting, without precipitation.
Main Features
1. Excellent thermal conductivity (heat dissipation).
2. Excellent electrical insulation, using stability, and construction performance.
3. Wide operating temperature.
Usage
Clean surface:

Clean surface, remove rust, dust and oil and so on.
Coated with silicone grease: Apply thermal grease evenly on the surface of the device.
Typical Usage
It can be widely used in the heat transfer medium of electronic components, such as the CPU chip, power blocks, transistor, thyristor and diode and the substrate (aluminum, copper).
