1. Product Specialty:
Users can apply 202C UFR powder with variety of additives to satisfy their requirement. The
user can process 202C UFR Powder to various wood adhesives according to their actual
need. This powder is suitable for the cold pressing and hot pressing project. The outstanding
feature of 202C is the strong adaptability and flexible processing conditions. It could mix with
general kind of hardeners and could reach ideal bonding effect.

4. Mixture of Glue
a) Mixture Ratio(weight): UF Powder: Water=1: ≤0.6
b) Dissolution Method:
Put 2/3 of the total needed water into mixer, and then add UF powder in. Switch on the
mixer with speed of 50~150 rotations / minute, after glue powder being completely
dissolved, put the remained 1/3 water in mixer and churn for 3~5minutes until the glue
solution is completely mixed together again.
c) The user could add hardener into the mixed liquid glue according to actual
requirement, and control the active period of dissolved liquid glue.
5. Storage & Note:
1. Storage life: 1 years under temperature lower than 30.
2. The goods should be stored in a dry, ventilated location. Avoid direct sunshine and
moisture.
3. The package should be sealed again immediately once the pack has been opened to
avoid moisture.
4. Avoid contact with eyes. Once splashed into eyes, flushed out with plenty of clean
water. Consults doctor if necessary.
