Rigid polyurethane foam (RPF) is a foamed insulating material used under low-temperature circumstances. RPF is obtained by using either polyether or polyester and polyisocyanate as the main raw material added with flame-retarding agent, stabilizing agent and foaming agent, etc., which are mixed and stirred for chemical reaction, RPF is featured in the high closing rate of the pore cavities and small moisture absorption.
Sicne the cavities are full of foaming agent gas with low heat conductivity, the material extinguishes fire automatically, normally used for refrigerating and insulating at low temerapture range. It is featured in low heat conductivity, high strength, light weight, sound baffling, shock resistance, strong drifting, stable chemical performance and convienient engineering. As aresult, it is widely used for the walls at petroleum, chemical industries, ethylene, refrigerating warehouse, food strage, home refrigerators and convieniert engireering.
