General Purpose Silicone Sealant

General Purpose Silicone Sealant is one part, acetic room temperature cures, excellent performance for bonds and seals.
One-component, acetoxy, general purpose silicone sealant,. It is ideal for indoor/outdoor uses, provide a watertight, flexible seal. Once cured, it is unaffected by temperature extremes.

Typical use
It is widely used in industry, building, automotive, packing, advertisement, and family decoration. They are mainly used in sealing and bonding among the glass, metal, fiberglass, ceramics, aluminum, non-oily wood , etc.

Characteristic
1. One -part, acetic room temperature curing, easy to apply.
2. Excellent thixotropic properties, no seasonal limited.
3. Excellent adhesion to most building materials.
5. Excellent tensile and compression restoring ability.


Application
1. Substrate surfaces must be completely clean, dry and sound. Remove any loose debris or old sealant.
2. For better appearance , use masking tape.
3. Cut nozzle to desired size and extrudes sealant to joint areas.
4. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

Precaution
1. Uncured sealant may irritate eyes, respiratory system, Keep good ventilation when if used indoors.
2. The product is not applicable to structural assembly
4. Don't use it which is hidden in the underground for long time.
5. Don't use in places where permeate grease, plasticizer or solvent such as wood permeated oil, etc.
6. The products have poor adhesion to concrete, marble, mirror-glass, Zn-plated materials because of corrosion produced by acetic sealant.

Storage:
Store in a dry and cool place blow 27 degree centigrade . Use within 9 months from the date of production.
