Epoxy glue for metal

Introduction:
CW-J-101 Epoxy Adhesive is fit on Non-Ferrous Metal and Black Metal bind
with Non-Metal Material, especially on Stainless bind with Rubber .

Product Specification:
1. Appearance:
Group A: Yellow Viscous Liquid
Group B: Reddish-Brown Liquid
2. Use Technology:
a: Blending Ratio : 100 : 50 (Weight Ratio)
b: Curing Condition: 60°C 2 HOUR

Attentions:
1. If in winter, It’s easy to operate that Pre-heating Group A and B separately to 40°C first,then blend them.
2. Operating has to be strictly according the blend ratio (weight ratio),
weighting accurately, well stirred.
3. A,B material guarantee period is 6 month, should store in the shady and dry place. After uncap using, unfinished material please seal immediately after using.
4. Please don’t touch the skin and wear the gloves to protect the skin.
5. If contacts the skin, please directly wipe out with the soap water, if contacts the eyes, please flushing by massive water, and please go to see the doctor if needed.

The product is solvent-free epoxy, nonpoisonous, non-flammable, if the
glues splash please to use cloth dips or adsorbs with the sand to eliminate.
