INTRODUCTION
EP501 has been specially developed for LED with high reliability in a room temperature. It is composed of two parts, including Resin EP501A, Hardener EP501B. Owing to low viscosity, it can be handled easily. The cured resin possesses excellent mechanical strength, electrical properties and humidity resistance.
