OPT906W is
a kind of
one-component
dealcoholized

silicone sealing adhesive especially for PV module, which has high strength, good adhesion to Aluminum, copper and stainless steel etc. It has features of good electrical performance and temperature performance which can be bearable at temperature scope -50°C~180°C.Alcohols which are absorbed during curing are non-corrosion to PC and copper, without irritation.

solar energy PV module has the following features
(1) With features of non-vertical flow, good thixotropy and surface drying time, the product is tested according to the need of PV module.
(2) High viscosity to module material including fluorinated basic material such as electrophoresis material, PPO/PA plastic, Tempered Glass and TEDLAR etc.
(3) Cured flexible rubber has good performance in electrical insulation to protect the module free from machinery vibration and out force impact.

Sealing of Aluminum frame of solar energy PV module and adhesive between junction box and TPT/TPE film
Using method
(1) Clean surface: clean and dry and degrease the surface before coating.
(2) Coating: open the cover then press the adhesive to the clean surface
(3) Curing: put the equipment in the open air until it is cured form outside to inside. The adhesive will cure for 2~4mm within 24h in room temperature. It is suggested that it should be spontaneous curing in outdoor for enough long time to ensure the effect.
