Capability: This product is single group organic silicon in normal temperature. When it is in air, change into elastomer after meet solid air, with a good anti-electricity, anti-wet, could suck buffer and avoid shaking, with high anti-high temperature and low-temperature, and the temperature is:-60- +260degrees Centigrades. This product is non-poisonous, ageing-resistant, won’t leek oil, excellent comprehensive performance. Able to make silicone with different adhesion according to clients request. This glue can apply in various kinds of generality seal of industrial production, such as heat tube, electronic apparatus, cable, machinery, light industry, chemical industry, etc.
Operation instructions:
Clean the surface: Clean the surface or be glued things, to remove the dust mark, the dust and greasy dirt, etc.
The glue construct: Pare and make the most advanced part of front part with the razor blade, to put the sharp mouth in crowd the glue liquid to the already cleaned surface with pushing rifles, glued in the surface and regularly closed up.
Solidification: To well put the part in air, let is solidification for 10-30minutes, complete solidification depends on thickness(2mm thickness, room temperature is 25 degrees centigrade, 50% humidity; complete solidification for 24 hours. Thickness of solidification limit is 5-6mm).
The precautions: After finished, the un-used glue should sealed immediately, in order to use next time. Keep it far away from the fire source as shady and dry place.(Validity: One year at room temperature around 25°C).
