L-02 2 in 1 Tile Adhesive/Grout

L-02 2 in 1 Tile Adhesive/Grout is based on high strength portland cement. Silican sand as the aggregate. Ehtylene and Propylene polymer as toghener. It is formulated especially for small sizes of ceramic tiles. It is the combination of tile adhesive and tile grout that can reduce the cost of ceramic tile installation system.

Where to use

Suitable for the tiling on interior or exterior wall of mosaic such as ceramic mosaic, small ceramic tile, clay tile, red brick, Cultured stone and small natural stone. And tile joint filling.

How to Use


Sustrate Preparation

Substrate preparation
: make sure that the substrate is clean, sound and flat free of dust, grease or moss. Installation on new concrete substrate should be carried out at least 28 days after casting. Wet the substration 2-4 hours before working.

Mixture

Mix with water according to proportion(powder : water= 1:0.22). Pour the water into the container first and then put into powder slowly. Mix with electric mix until the slurry is enven. Keep mixing for 3 mintues. Lay the slurry for 1 mintue and then mix again and use.
Finish the slurry 2.5 hr after mix.

Tile Sticking

Lay the slurry onto the substrate surface with proper size of notched trowel. Thickness of the layer should be 5-6mm. Lay the area of 1m*1m each time. Stick the tile onto the slurry. Press and rub slightly.

Joint Filling

Press the slurry into the tile joint with rubber knife or spongy scratch board without leaving hollowing. Remove the unnecessary slurry at 45° angle. Carry out the first cleaning of tile surface 15 minutes after the joint filling with wrung wet cloth or sponge. Clean the second time 24 hours after the joint filling with wrung wet cloth or sponge. Too much water will influence the effect, make sure to wrung the wet cloth or sponge during cleaning.

Cleaning

Clean the hands, tools with clean water on time. Any contaimination on cloths, clean with kitchen detergent and water within 1 hours.

Maintenance

Natural maintenance. Avoid rainshower or touching within 3 days after laying.

Dosage

Tile sticking 2-3 kgs/sqm, joint filling 2-3 kgs/sqm, totally 4-6 kgs/sqm.

Storage

6 months from date of manufacture when kept in a dry store in the original unopened bags.

Health and Safty

The product does not contain anything harmful to human body. No radiative or toxic evaporation. Not eddible. It is alkaline.Avoid inhalation during working. After eye contact, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
