Insulating Butyl tape

Insulating Butyl tape
-material:butyl
-used to joints or terminals of optical cable
-filling,insulation,waterproof,sealing
HB1101 Insulating Butyl tape

Application:
1. It is compatible with heat or cold shrinkable materials.
2. It is used in cross-link wire and cable terminals and joints.
3. It can take effect of filling, insulation, trapping, waterproof and sealing.
Using:
1. Peel and clean the cable
2. Wind this tape around three core cable into a circular or elliptic shape
3. Put heat shrinkable tube on the tape, then heating the shrinkable tube from the one end to another end, with the heat shrinkable tube shrinking, the tape begin to become soften and extrude the air from the tube
4. So the tape takes effect of filling and sealing
