Description
The room temperature curing, TE233 is a condensation curing silicone which cures with air moisture and it is best suited for coating, potting, sealing and encapsulation of electronic components.
TE233 has superior flowability and will bond to many clean surfaces without the aid of primers.
These surfaces includes plastics, metals, glass, ceramic and silicone rubbers.
Especially TE233 doesnt cause any damage to plastics, including PC(Poly-carbonate), PP, ABS, PVC etc, because it is de-alcoholized curing type.
Mixture ratio is the same as basic packing unit. Part A : Part B = 20Kg : 2Kg = 10 : 1
After curing, like general silicone rubbers, posses excellent heat, cold, weather resistance.
As well as excellent electrical properties for use as sealant for electrical communications machinery, automotive parts and as potting material for small parts.
