SFY-131
is a two-part with good flow ability addition curing RTV silicone rubber. It is mainly designed for electrical and electronic potting, such as power supplies, connector, sensor, relay, high voltage resistor pack, and LED pottings. It is suitable for batch processing or automated dispensing. With different colors for better distinction, SFY-131A and SFY-131B are black and white, respectively. It can be cured in a 1:1 ratio by weight or volume either at room temperature or elevated temperature for faster processing. The cured mixture is a black flexible elastomer. The elastomer has excellence in electrical properties and waterproof, fire resistance and weather resistance. Those properties are not significantly affected by the changes of temperature. It does not contain hazardous substances in the candidate lists of Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHs) and 16 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for green environmental protection.
